I am always working on dragonfly designs. I don't think I would get this particular one inked but I do like it nonetheless.

I've had a thing for dragonflies most of my life. I know enough to know that technically what I'm talking about aren't actually dragonflies but damselflies. Most people refer to both as dragonflies (which they are actually both allowed to be called) and no one ever knows what I'm talking about when I say damselfly so dragonfly it is :)

I have four slight variations of this particular design. The first one I did is actually the best but it's a horrible scan, too smudged and scrappy looking to upload unfortunately and in redrawing it this was as close as I could come to the original *sigh* I may, however, get one of the other variations uploaded at some point. I just need to fiddle around with them a little more first :)

If it's alright with you, I'll be getting this design as my first ever tattoo within the next few months! <3 I love it, it's feminine and pretty. I'm currently in recovery from an eating disorder and dragonflies for some reason seem to be associated with ED's, so I want to mark my triumph :P Thank you so much for the beautiful design, and when I get it, I'll be sure to show you a picture!

Another update--my birthday was this past Sunday and I'm getting the tattoo soon [: There's also a very good chance my mother will also be getting this design with me to show her support! I'm super stoked, thank you again for this amazing design. I've spent the past few months browsing designs just in case something I liked more popped up, but yours is still the one I'm in love with and nothing else came even close!! I'll be back with pics as soon as I get it :D
